Stamping

In the traditional stamping department, production is possible on eccentric presses ranging from 40 to 250 tons, as well as on hydraulic presses up to 250 tons. Product sizes range up to approximately 500 mm in length and 4 mm in thickness.

Fine blanking

Fine blanking is a special technology, or so-called "no air" punching between the cutting die and the knives (0.5-1.0%). This process is particularly suitable for very complex products with different toothings. The maximum length is approximately 500 mm and the maximum width is up to 6 mm.
