Cold-formed parts

All items are manufactured individually according to drawings. Customer benefit is our primary focus and therefore our primary goal.

Depending on individual requirements, cold-formed blanks can be turned, drilled, rolled, milled, or ground.


TKG offers cold-forming presses with 2 to 6 forming stations for your desired products.

Manufacture of various screws according to drawings:

  • Metric (M2 – M8 × L = up to 80 mm)
  • Tapping screws (ST2.9 – ST6.3 x L = up to 60 mm)
  • Rivets and stepped rivets with diameters from 1 – 8 mm
  • Bolts and eccentric bolts

Inserts and tempered wires from 2.10 to 10 mm ø
