Deep drawing is a production process in which cold-rolled metal strips are pressed or drawn downward through several drawing stations in the tool to produce a wide variety of hollow shapes such as rivets, drawing nozzles, electrical parts, and the like. The diameter-to-length ratio is up to 1:2.5.
